How It Works

Drawing on Emotion Focused Therapy or EFT, I guide couples in exploring the co-created dynamics of their partnership. I use an attachment lens to conceptualize the relationship and bring awareness to how partners relate to one another. By shining light on the emotional undercurrents beneath conflict, we’ll practice healthier ways of responding to each other so you can grow closer with empathy and understanding.
