  • In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. You’ll share what brought you in and we’ll clarify goals and hopes for our work together. It’s a supportive space where you can begin to feel comfortable and heard.

  • I kindly ask for [X hours/days] notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting.

  • Everyone’s journey is unique. Some clients choose weekly sessions, while others find bi-weekly or monthly meetings more manageable. We’ll discuss your goals and schedule to figure out the frequency that best suits your needs.

  • Some people see positive changes with short-term, focused work, while others benefit from a longer-term approach. We’ll regularly check in on your progress and overall well-being to decide the duration that feels right for you.

Fees

An Investment in Your Well-Being, With Clear, Transparent Fees

I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not take insurance to cover the cost of sessions, however, I am able to offer you a “super-bill” that you submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement.

Session Fees (out of pocket cost with no insurance):

  • Individual session: $180/50 minutes

  • Couples session: $200/50 minutes

I offer sliding scale rates to clients as needed and when I have them available. Please reach out to inquire!
