In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. You’ll share what brought you in and we’ll clarify goals and hopes for our work together. It’s a supportive space where you can begin to feel comfortable and heard.

I kindly ask for [X hours/days] notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting.

Everyone’s journey is unique. Some clients choose weekly sessions, while others find bi-weekly or monthly meetings more manageable. We’ll discuss your goals and schedule to figure out the frequency that best suits your needs.

Some people see positive changes with short-term, focused work, while others benefit from a longer-term approach. We’ll regularly check in on your progress and overall well-being to decide the duration that feels right for you.
Fees
An Investment in Your Well-Being, With Clear, Transparent Fees
I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not take insurance to cover the cost of sessions, however, I am able to offer you a “super-bill” that you submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement.
Session Fees (out of pocket cost with no insurance):
Individual session: $180/50 minutes
Couples session: $200/50 minutes
I offer sliding scale rates to clients as needed and when I have them available. Please reach out to inquire!
